Author: ARAB NEWSWed, 2018-02-14 03:00ID: 1518554508941324100RIYADH: The Saudi Cabinet has welcomed King Salman’s address to guests at the 32nd Janadriyah festival emphasizing the importance of culture as a basic pillar for a nation’s identity and values.

Chaired by King Salman at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Tuesday, the Cabinet also praised the king’s comment that respect for the diversity and specialty of each culture was a key to peaceful coexistence between nations.

At the local level, the Cabinet expressed thanks to King Salman for his support for provision of desalinated water from mobile stations to meet the growing demand for desalinated water in the Kingdom.

The Cabinet praised the Saline Water Conversion Corp., which raised production of desalinated water in the past two years from 3.5 to 5 million cubic meters per day without an increase in capital costs.

At a regional level, the Cabinet condemned the Assad regime’s continued bombing of the besieged enclave of
